RETURN POLICY
Thanks for your purchase. We hope you are happy with your purchase. However, if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, because the products arrived to you defective or damaged, you can return the goods for a full refund. Please contact us at the details below to arrange a refund. Please see below for more information on our return policy.
RETURN
All returns must be sent to the sender (NO LIE SKIN) within fourteen (14) days of receipt of the item at the address indicated in the email reply to the return request. NO LIE SKIN LLC will accept the return request of one or more items purchased only when the photographs of the damaged items are sent by email on the day of their delivery to the recipient by the courier.
RETURN PROCESS
To return an item, please email customer service at customerservice@nolieskin.com to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. After receiving an RMA number, place the item securely in the original packaging and return form provided, then ship the return to the address indicated in the email.
Please note that you will be responsible for all return shipping costs. The shipping method used for the return must be trackable .
REFUNDS
After receiving your return and inspecting the condition of your item, we will process your return. Please allow at least seven (7) days from the receipt of your item to process your return. Refunds may take 1-2 billing cycles to appear on your credit card statement, depending on your credit card company. We will notify you by email when your return has been processed.
EXCEPTIONS
The following items cannot be returned:
* Items purchased at a discount (items on sale). These items will be considered as a FINAL SALE and cannot be returned.
* Intact items of which you are not satisfied with the smell, color, size or shape.
* Items used that did not meet expectations or that created undesirable effects on any area of the body (read point “5” in the terms and conditions section)
