This shipping and delivery policy forms part of our Terms and Conditions (“Agreement To Terms”). Please review our shipping and delivery policy carefully when purchasing our products. This policy will apply to any order placed with us.

WHAT ARE MY SHIPPING AND DELIVERY OPTIONS?
All our items are shipped from our headquarters in Italy. We offer various shipping options. In some cases, a third party vendor may manage our inventory and will be responsible for shipping your products.

FREE SHIPPING
We offer free standard shipping for orders over € 63 (Italy), € 83 (Europe & UK)
For all other countries, shipping will not be free

All times and dates indicated for the delivery of products are provided in good faith but are estimates only. For consumers outside the EU and the UK: this does not affect your legal rights. Unless otherwise specified, estimated delivery times reflect the earliest available delivery and deliveries will be made within 30 days from the day we accept your order. For more information, please refer to our Terms. Once your order has been delivered to the carrier, we will send you an email with your tracking information.

DO YOU DELIVER INTERNATIONAL?
We offer worldwide shipping. Free standard shipping is valid for orders placed within the EU and the UK. For information on the customs procedure:

Please note that we may be subject to various rules and restrictions in relation to some international deliveries and you may be subject to additional taxes and duties over which we have no control. If such cases apply, you are responsible for complying with the laws applicable to the country you live in and will be responsible for such additional costs or taxes.

DO YOU OFFER SAME DAY SHIPPING?
No, all orders require 1 business day for preparation and packaging. Orders are prepared Monday – Friday and shipped the next business day.
We are not responsible for any delays due to the collection of the items by the courier

ARE THERE OTHER SHIPPING RESTRICTIONS?
The following restrictions apply:
• Orders only ship on business days, which are Monday – Friday.
• Shipments to APO/FPO addresses will require additional processing time for delivery to the military post office.
WHAT HAPPENS IF MY ORDER IS DELAYED?
If delivery is delayed for any reason we will let you know as soon as possible and will advise you of a revised estimated date for delivery. For consumers outside the EU and UK: This does not affect your statutory rights. For more information please refer to our Terms.
